When you apply, Ultimate Smoking Girls collects your name (stage name, first name, or alias), email address, and password to create and secure your account. Your email is used for account verification and communications about your application and account.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to deliver the portal and help prevent abuse. The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical information when your browser requests those fonts.
How we use your information
We process your application information to take steps at your request to create an account and administer your participation in USG. We process necessary security information for our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users, and casting source information to understand the effectiveness of our recruitment. Applying is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Security and processing
Your application is submitted to USG's account service over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords. We use security measures to protect account information; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers supporting hosting, security, and account communications may process information as needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Casting source measurement
We record page visits using a random visit reference to measure which sources lead to applications. This reference stays in the page memory and is passed with your application; it is not stored in tracking cookies or browser storage. If you apply, the visit record is linked to your account to record your recruitment source and campaign. Repeat page loads count as separate visits. We do not use this reference for advertising across other websites.
Keeping your information
Account information is retained as needed to manage your application and account, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact us to request account closure or deletion of your information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and may request restriction of processing or object to processing. You may also raise a complaint with your local data protection authority. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions or identity verification.
